來自名為「Les Belles Filles」的村莊級地塊，意為美麗的女孩們。首度裝瓶為2019年，當時適逢莊主二女兒出生，因此將酒款命名為À Ma Fille Mahaut，意為「獻給我的女兒Mahaut」。使用溫控大槽進行15天的發酵，隨後放入橡木桶中陳釀12個月。

迷人的檸檬與黃蘋果風味，伴隨一抹酵母麵包氣息。酒體飽滿，活潑的酸度穿插其中，平衡感十足。適合搭配魚類與海鮮料理，或是佐以清淡醬汁的禽類料理。

釀造：果串成熟後期統一採收，確保每顆果實的成熟度充分，去梗低溫浸泡，以野生酵母酵長3週，不刻意沉澱與過濾，以自然重力引流裝瓶。
